Remanufacturing Division Manager
Position:
EnergyCS has an opportunity for a full-time remanufacturing division manager in Monrovia, CA.
The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree from a leading institution and 7-10 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or factory repair environment. Industries such as automotive, aerospace or industrial manufacturing will give the candidate important knowledge for this position. This is not a sustaining management position--the candidate must be extremely capable of building a new business from the ground up, and be able to define business requirements and procedures for finance, IT, ERP, quality assurance, pricing and warranty.

This position will play a major role in the establishment of a remanufacturing division for high-voltage automotive battery systems, including defining business processes, developing policies and pricing, team building, and overseeing all aspects of the remanufacturing business. The individual must be ready to take responsibility for the remanufacturing division and participate actively in business development activities.
